Um, there was a conversation that I had last week um with you all about um the AI labs are basically fighting each other in court, and uh, the leader of the game that's actually kicking off the most of this battle is uh uh uh known to the show, um, Elon Musk, um, basically had filed some papers against Open AI because OpenAI wanted to go from a nonprofit to a profit company, and guess what? The judge threw the whole case out. Can y'all believe that?

He's like that's crazy. Like uh, and the basis of the judge throwing the case out was that Elon Musk and his team filed later than when the statutory limit was for this type of complaint. It's been busy. I low key felt like OpenAI already knew this, so they were like, hey, we're gonna go and um run it, run this play. But I don't know if y'all remember in the last episode when we talked about this, I kind of had a theory that Elon was just doing this just to cause trouble.

So one of the things that actually popped up, and this is like mindset like how these billionaires think is there was an individual that decided to side with open AI. Um, and they found out that open AI CEO, um Salm Sam Alton, um basically promised him access to other things in the future. So it's like, hey, push this through, I'll make sure you get a billion dollars at the end of it, type stuff. So that was also the thing that I think Elon was really pushing for in terms of these type of um lawsuits is to bring it out and make it publicly known rather than us not really knowing what's going on with it. Yeah, that's some crazy stuff. That's some that's some billionaire type uh uh type of stuff.

Because remember, it's a race to see which AI company is gonna go public first. Right. Now I heard that uh XAI, which is the one that Elon Musk has, merged with SpaceX, and now SpaceX is also an AI company and they're going IPO before the end of this year.

Please go invest something. I don't care if it's ten dollars, a hundred dollars, two hundred dollars on any of these companies that go IPO. If it's uh anthropics, if it's SpaceX, if it's open AI, just put some money in the pot, right? Because these companies are before they even get onto the market, are already setting records. There's never been companies that start off their IPO at a trillion dollars. And there's still way more room to go, but just put just a few dollars there. I mean, I'm I'm I don't know how many opportunities we have for cycles for us to really catch it in terms of like innovative changes that happen in our industry. But this is one of those that I just say it I'm not no financial advisor, so please do not say, hey, you are recommended, it doesn't matter. Invest something in one of these companies, invest in a mutual fund that's invested in all of them, invest in an index that's monitoring specifically these type of AI uh blue chip type companies. I'm telling you, it's it's a game changer, and when they get an opportunity to get public funding, it's only going to increase. Okay. Um, because everybody is not using this. It's only one percent of the world that's actually using these platforms to their full potential. Um, and hey, there's a reason why billionaires are in the court fighting for this because they're fighting for who's gonna get the pot first. All right, so I hope y'all hear that PSA. Uh remember, I'm not no financial advisor, consult with your financial advisor. But when the opportunity is there, just know I'm putting some money there and I'm just gonna let it sit.
